How it Works: Whenever you buy or sell real estate, your cause is funded automatically from the closing company (not us), in your name, as the buyer and/or seller to whom we represent. Simply choose the charity and cause that is important to you.
Source of Funds: The Real Estate Firm of Florida, Inc., donates 10% of their net commission to their client's charity of choice from the real estate transaction.
Timeline for Donation: Once a purchase agreement between a buyer and a seller has been executed, it takes about 30 days or less for funding. On that day, a donation check will be printed from the title company and personally delivered to your charity organization; it’s that simple. As a sweet bonus, most organizations will send you a sentimental photo and/or a thank you note to express gratitude for your good deed.
There’s nothing better than when one supports another; it just makes everyone smile. Your real estate transaction can make that happen and that’s what we’re here for–to be a part of that, too.
We are always adding to our local charity list but, as mentioned before, you can choose any non-profit organization you like. The choice is yours.
