Charities like yours can benefit when this happens. Every transaction our company closes automatically supports charities – right from the closing table.*
How it works: When a client buys or sells real estate and they choose your charity, your cause is funded automatically from the closing company (not us) in the name of the buyer and/or seller we represent. Your supporters can help benefit your cause even more now through real estate transactions.
Source of funds: The Real Estate Firm of Florida, Inc., donates 10% of their net commission to their client’s charity of choice from the real estate transaction.
Donation Process: Once a purchase agreement between a buyer and a seller has been executed, it takes about 30 days or less for funding. On that day, a donation check will personally be delivered to your organization making this avenue of your fundraising that simple. All we ask for in return is a sentimental photo and thank you note to share with our clients that choose your charity.
